The events of the last several days suggest the beginnings of a nationwide mass strike bubbling up from the American people against the imminent danger of a Trump fascist regime in the White House. After decades of degradation, disorientation, and despair, we may be seeing the multiracial national coalition that once supported Franklin D. Roosevelt and Robert Kennedy re-assert its existence around the simple refusal to tolerate the fascist Trump as an acceptable candidate for the presidency, even on the ticket of the dying Republican Party. The obvious breakup of the Republicans is surely a big subconscious factor in encouraging Americans to rise up and defy their oppressors.
We of the Tax Wall Street Party have been at the leading edge of this ferment for months, especially with our insistent agitation that Trump needs to be condemned as a Fascist and a Nazi. Warning the American people that Trump is in fact a NaziFascist in ways that will force corrupt press, media, and even Bernie Sanders to stop covering up and join in the denunciation remains in fact the next big step needed in the effort to Stop Trump!
We call for a nationwide campaign of nonviolent mass resistance against the Trump candidacy. Let him be denounced, exposed, and condemned everywhere. Let him be boycotted, scorned, and isolated. The experience of Italy in 1922 and Germany in 1933 confirms that, when fascism appears and begins to coalesce, it is decisive to nip it in the bud. Fascism is malignant, metastatic, and grows very fast. It is soon too late to oppose it successfully. Fascists need to be made an object of social opprobrium. People need to be embarrassed to be considered as fascists. They need to be ashamed of themselves. They need to be ostracized for their fascism. They need to feel that they are part of an unpopular minority, since this is what they are. This is the way fascism can be stopped in its growth using relatively peaceful means.
At the height of the Vietnam War, if President Lyndon B. Johnson wanted to leave the White House and give a speech, he had to go to a military base. He had to give his speech at a military base because he would be mobbed and embarrassed by protesters anywhere else. Johnson was called the prisoner of the White House; Let Trump become the prisoner of Mar a Lago.
During the presidency of Lyndon B. Johnson, large mass demonstrations against the Vietnam war occurred continuously to the point where LBJ was unable to make public appearances without being mobbed by angry protesters. Today’s crisis is far more serious, and it is necessary that Trump be put in a similar position.
That is the situation of moral boycott that America needs Trump to be in. Today, the stakes are even higher – such as dictatorship and World War III. This is the time for a mass strike against Trump. It could go all the way to the California primary in mid-June, and then to the July conventions.
The Tax Wall Street Party has contributed to setting the current anti-Trump actions into motion, with our intervention against the fascist last Thursday evening in Miami being only the most recent example. Certainly our TRUMP = NAZI poster has echoed far and wide, and has generated a wealth of anti-Trump artwork, poetry, and prose. Such are the subjective factors that can catalyze world history once certain situations have ripened to maturity.
The authoritative institutions of American society have all struck out when it comes to opposing Trump. They have been lying by pretending that Trump is not a fascist. Television, cable, public TV and radio, news reporters, universities, have all been eager to invite spokespeople for the Trump campaign and carry on dialogue with them as if these Trumpians were representatives of a normal, respectable, presentable political faction – instead of mouthpieces for a vile fascist hooligan. The Trumpsters have benefited from a concerted effort to make them look politically bland and tame, when they are savage and poisonous. It is the Trump people who should never been invited on the Sunday talk shows precisely because they and their man Trump are fascist. No matter how many voters Trump can con, he will still be a fascist, and should never have been given a platform.
The activists that organized the mass action against Trump at the University of Illinois campus were by most accounts Bernie Sanders activists, joined by Black Lives Matter, and MoveOn.org. Many an impotent character who has never lifted a finger against Trump fascism – or is even supporting Trump – will complain that these groups are funded or inspired by George Soros & Co. Good to know, but, ultimately, so what? Is some loudmouth ex-libertarian now on the take from Trump getting your goat? If Soros operatives are present, is that a reason to run home and hide under the bed? It is rather a reason to get out and harangue the crowd and get them under your influence, instead of that of Soros.
Soros can put out as many calls as he wants, but unless the mass strike is in the air, these calls will fall into a void. In any case, gold is where you find it. If all the guardians of political stability have failed to protest and condemn manifest fascism in the terms it deserves, then we are lucky that at least some forces have been able to call attention to the threat to the republic.
If these groups are in motion, that is when they can best be educated and radicalized out of financer control by the right kind of intervention. Whenever you have radicalized masses in motion, you always have the threat of wildcat actions that may go out of control. Even a rent-a-mob can be hijacked.
This is no time for pedantic sectarianism inspired by former backers of the stillborn Paultard dynasty who are now migrating fast into the fascist camp.
Libertarianism is not the opposite of fascism. Libertarianism is the entrance hall to fascism.
This is the time for the broadest united front cooperation around a single point of agreement: Stop Fascism, Stop Trump! The Tax Wall Street Party congratulates the activists who helped shut down Trump’s rally. For Trump to schedule his Nazi histrionics at the University of Illinois campus in Chicago, long the home of radical and pro-minority politics was already a blatant provocation. He was probably hoping to play the backlash or Silent Majority card like Nixon in 1968 and 1970, so it is no surprise his fascist festival was shut down. But he is wrong. If an actual political mass strike to Stop Trump! gets rolling, powerful ruling class forces may well tell Trump to drop out immediately and go home, to stop rocking the boat and threatening their entire system with his inflammatory Nazi rhetoric that tends to bring people into the streets.
The anti-fascist mobilization of Chicago continued Saturday evening in Kansas City, Missouri, with continuous interruption and contestation of the fascist orator. It is safe to assume that, with the coming of springtime and Trump’s further progress towards the presidential nod of the moribund Republican Party, there will be fairly well organized protests and disruptions of Trump’s Hitlerian antics at many of the whistle-stops he makes along the campaign trail. Who will lead these well-meaning forces?
Already Bernie is frightened and says he is not responsible. We believe him. Expect Hillary to sabotage as much as she can. We can already see Soros, Tad Devine, and the veteran NATO intelligence wreckers of Occupy Wall Street attempting to get ahead of the mass actions so they can pretend to lead them – into the desert.
The Tax Wall Street Party is the only force that can provide honest and successful leadership to the anti-Trump mass strike and give them a viable political perspective. We need to maximize our visibility and influence.
The first step is to force Trump’s GOP rivals, Hillary, Bernie, press, and television to inform the American people they are dealing with a FASCIST.
Once the fascist/Nazi angle becomes widely understood, a political phase change to the detriment of Trump will kick in.
This will establish the moral and political clarity which the media and the corrupt establishments of the two parties are unwilling and unable to create.
Trump may well seize the Republican presidential nomination. If he does, it will be like Napoleon taking Moscow in 1812. Large factions of the party will desert him. He will be conquering a burned-out, devastated, shattered ruin, with very few inhabitants left. It will be a Pyrrhic victory in the extreme. Trump has mistaken the temperament of the American people, who oppose fascism as much or more than any nation on earth. He will have carried out his historic mission as wrecking ball to tear down the Republican Party, which has become an intolerable barrier to human process.
